Below you will find a fantastic recipe for grilled chicken.
What you’ll need:

A 2 - 3 pound Broiler Chicken

Salt and Pepper

Fresh Herbs of your choosing

Chicken

2 tbsp tried Herbs Rosemary

Olive Oil

How you’ll grill it:

Start by removing the giblets and rinsing the chicken thoroughly under cold water.

Pat the chicken dry and season with the salt, pepper and herbs. Be sure to season the chicken inside and out.

Set up your grill so that the coals have been preheated and raked to one side. The chicken will be placed on the side without coals.

Once you have done this, if you haven’t already, scrape the grill clean, slightly oil it and place the chicken (breast side DOWN) on the side of the grill where there are no coals, DO NOT place the chicken on top of the coals.

If you are using a gas grill, you can get the same effect if you light half of the grill only.

After you have placed the chicken on the grill, cover it and cook it for 30 minutes.

Once the 30 minutes is up, turn the chicken (breast side up), recover and continue grilling for another 30 minutes (until the chicken skin is a golden brown)

If you cut into the thickest (middle) of the chicken and the juices run clear, that means that the chicken is cooked.

Let cool about 15 minutes and ENJOY!
